Refund & Cancellation Policy


1. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 1 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
  • The refund will be credited via the same payment channel used for booking.

2. Flight Bookings
  • Amy follows the airline’s cancellation and reissue policies.
  • Travelers must request cancellations or changes at least 48 hours before departure to avoid no-show charges.
  • Cancellations or reissues require contacting Amy at +88 096 7878 5656 or via Amy Chat.
  • Airlines may charge a cancellation or reissue fee, and Amy may impose additional charges beyond airline fees.
  • EMI-related charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Convenience charges are non-refundable.
3. Hotel Bookings

  • Amy follows each property’s cancellation policy.
  • Travelers must cancel bookings via Amy Chat or by contacting Amy at +88 096 7878 5656.
  • Cancellation fees may apply based on the hotel’s terms and cancellation timing.
  • Changes are depended on hotel’s terms and conditions .
  • Black-out date bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • EMI-related charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Convenience charges are non-refundable.

4. "Amy Flex Search" Bookings

  • "Amy Flex Search" combine flights from different airlines under one itinerary, each subject to individual airline policies.
  • If a flight in a "Amy Flex Search" is not booked or issued, it will be refunded or reissued as per the respective airline’s policy.
  • Flight fares are subject to change based on airline availability and policies.
  • Any changes or cancellations must be handled directly with the respective airline.
  • Refund, cancellation, or date change requests will follow airline policies along with Amy’s service fees.
  • Amy is not liable for issues arising from combining flights from different airlines.
  • Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen events.

5. Visa Services

Visa fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable, even in cases where a visa is denied.

6. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

Amy is not liable for disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.
